Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the web design subscription plan for?

If you choose to subscribe to the monthly plan, it is a minimum of 12 months contract. If you decide to pay upfront you have 1 year of access to me as your web team - all plans include Web design, Development, Content Uploading and Hosting.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How do I request designs?

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using our client portal in Asana. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via the portal, sharing Google drive/docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Asana, it's fair game.

What if I don't like the designs?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied. You'll be able to see any new updates with a real time preview, you see what your users will see.

Who owns the site?

Unlike popular website builders, You own the site - Want the source code? No problem.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
